How to make Mochar Ghonto. Mocha is known as Banana flower or Banana Blossom. Mochar ghonto is a traditional Bengali recipe which is really tasty and healthy dish but it is not easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

Banana Blossom Cut and cleaned
1 Potato cut into pieces
Half a cup of Boiled Chickpeas
Grated Coconut
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin or Jeera Powder
1″ Long Ginger grated
3 Green Chillies
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Bay leaf
1 tsp Garam masala Powder
1 tsp Ghee

  1. Changed your template? Looks good!Cool..I have never made rum cake beofre or for that matter anything that calls for alcohol. I know people say the alcohol cooks down and just leaves the flavor but I am not sure if I would like the flavor. As you noted, I’ll try this cake with just the milk. But then it wouldn’t be called, rum cake, would it now :-p.
