Pineapple Papaya Smoothie

Tangy and crunchy pineapple and sweet and soft papaya might sound contrasting, but they are a perfect combination for a delicious smoothie! adjust the sugar according to the sweetness of the fruits picked by you for the pineapple papaya smoothie.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Makes 2 glasses

2 cups chilled and roughly chopped pineapple
3/4 cup chilled , peeled , deseeded and roughly chopped papaya
1/2 cup curds (dahi) mixed with chilled 1/2 full-fat milk
6 tbsp sugar
1 cup ice-cubes

1. Combine the curds-milk mixture, pineapple, papaya, sugar and ice-cubes and blend
in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
2. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
3. Serve immediately.

  1. Never heard of these but will definitely look for them also never would have tughoht about adding carrots to a smoothie! You come up with the most interesting combinations, Jenn!Shelley, the best thing about adding the carrots, is you can’t even taste them in there, it just blends in with the other fruit. It’s so good!
