250 gms of Karoll or Teasel gourd
2 tbsp Posto or Poppy Seeds
Fresh Shredded Coconut
Few Green Chillies finely chopped
1 tsp Kalo jeera or Onion seeds
Mustard oil
Salt and Sugar to taste

  1. I was told to use white sauce at the bottom boefre laying down first plate of lasagna. You can find that white sauce recipe on the internet.Among the vegetables, you can practically use any vegetable you want. We use whatever we have at home at that moment, except cauliflower for its pungent smell.
