Japanese Influenced Thanksgiving cooking is today’s special. Tender Quail yakitori skewers accompany the fluffy korokke with ground turkey and cranberries. As an added treat, they are stuffed with Gruyere, panko breaded to a crispy golden finish and topped with red miso gravy.
